Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order as we do not have access to your payment information.

If you would like to add items and your original order has not yet been shipped, please place a new order and use the code COMBINE in the promo code box to access free shipping on this second order. We will manually combine these at the shipping stage. Please note this will not apply free shipping if your cart contains any bulky items. Please include your original order number in the Delivery Instructions box at checkout, so our team can easily combine the two orders. 

However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order by DM or email so we can assist further.
