Performance issues like the unit not turning on despite being fully charged, or being unable to switch off can occur for 1 of 2 reasons. 

Firstly, we do ask you to check that the unit hasn't been accidentally locked - simply hold the power On/Off button together with the 'S' button for 10+ seconds. 

The other reason this will happen is because the battery has been partially charged, rather than allowing it to run flat between uses or you have been using the machine plugged in, which will damage the battery over time. Please try letting the battery run flat and leaving it for 72 hours to reset, before charging again overnight and using unplugged going forward.
